Mark is a frequent guest on television and radio. Over the past 30 years, he has offered his viewpoints on topical legal issues in today’s news cycle including CNBC’s “Closing Bell,” Bloomberg TV’s “Bloomberg West,” ABC’s “Nightline,” “Wall Street Journal Radio,” “Money Matters,” and NPR.
Mark was ahead of the curve writing about negotiating and technology law just as the Internet and the dot com bubble exploded in the mid-1990s. Mark has written over 300 published articles and columns for PC World Magazine, The Miami Herald, South Florida’s Daily Business Review, Washington’s Legal Times, Texas Lawyer, The Recorder of San Francisco, University of Texas School of Law Review of Litigation, and the Florida Bar’s “Computer Law Journal.”
Mark authored the book “Technology Law – What Every Business (and Business-Minded Person) Needs to Know.” He co-authored a chapter called “Web Development Agreements” in the American Bar Association’s book titled Internet Law for the Business Lawyer.
